Problem
VR-NetWorld’s Social Media Box, a tool many Volksbanken Raiffeisen banks use to manage their social media, had grown more complex over the years. New customers often couldn’t see its value, and existing customers sometimes stopped using it or didn’t book new modules. The company needed an MVP as the starting point for a complete redesign.
Approach
As lead visual designer, I developed the visual language through an ideation workshop and refined the user needs through continuous feedback loops with different stakeholders. The new design was rooted in VR-NetWorld’s corporate design but modernized, with a focus on consistency and a much simpler posting process. Everything also had to meet WCAG AA accessibility standards, so the interface works for as many users as possible.
Outcome
The result is a fresh, brand-appropriate tool that makes posting content intuitive, with a UI that is consistent, future-oriented, and built around users’ core needs. It strikes a balance between efficiency, user experience, and cost-effectiveness.

Problem
Quality management in textile production involves complex processes, large amounts of data, and decisions that directly affect product quality and resource efficiency. For Uster Technologies, turning precise machine measurements into actionable insights was a time-consuming, error-prone process that required significant manual effort and specialised knowledge. The challenge was to make this complexity manageable without oversimplifying the underlying workflows.
Approach
By structuring information around users’ tasks and guiding them through critical workflows, I helped translate dense quality data into a clear, actionable interface. The goal was not to add visual polish for its own sake, but to reduce friction, minimise manual work, and make reliable quality management accessible to users with different levels of expertise. The solution was designed as part of a flexible, modular framework that could evolve alongside the wider platform.
Outcome
FiberQ, a cloud-based quality management solution helps textile mills turn complex production data into actionable insights. Automated data handling and guided workflows reduce manual effort and the risk of errors, while clear dashboards give users better visibility into production quality. The project demonstrates how thoughtful UX design can bring structure to complex systems, making them more efficient, reliable, and easier to use.
